Identify a click or pop in the waveform — it appears as an abrupt spike or discontinuity in the sample pattern. Zoom in until you can see the individual samples at the problem area. Click and drag the pencil tool to redraw the waveform smoothly through the affected samples, connecting the surrounding waveform naturally. For best results, redraw only the minimum number of samples needed to remove the artifact. Drawing too broadly can alter the natural sound. The pencil tool replaces the sample values with your drawn line, so a small, smooth curve over a 2-5 sample range usually removes the click without audible quality loss. ## Can you edit waveforms on multiple tracks simultaneously? Fairlight displays waveforms for all visible tracks.
